From 495 or Washington D.C.
- Take River Road West (MD-190), Exit 39A toward Potomac,
- Continue approximately 11.9 miles on River Road, through Potomac, to a dead-end stop sign at Bretton Woods Country Club,
- Turn left (this road is still River Road),
- After approximately 1.2 miles, turn right onto Partnership Road,
- Continue on Partnership Road 1.8 miles (remain on Partnership Road as you cross through the intersection with Sugarland Road). FarmAtHome will be on the left in less than a half-mile (long gravel driveway) at 15350 Partnership Road.
From 270
- Take Rt. 28 West, through Darnestown,
- Turn left onto Route 107 towards Poolesville,
- Within a few hundred feet, turn left onto Sugarland Road,
- Proceed down Sugarland Road, continuing past Homestead Farm for about 1.5 miles until the stop sign at Partnership Road,
- Turn right onto Partnership Road. FarmAtHome will be on your left in less than a half-mile (long gravel driveway) at 15350 Partnership Road.
From Leesburg, Virginia
- Take Rt. 15 to Whites Ferry Road. It will be a small road sign,
- Cross the Potomac River on Whites Ferry (toll),
- Continue on Route 107 (Whites Ferry Road) 8.7 miles through Poolesville, to Partnership Road,
- Turn right onto Partnership Road,
- FarmAtHome will be on your right (long gravel driveway) in approximately 1.6 miles at 15350 Partnership Road.
